Scott Laberge is a water resources engineering technologist with an extensive background in municipal utility operations and maintenance.  He has 20 years of experience in a variety of roles, including operator, process technologist, operations supervisor, program lead linear asset renewal, operations manager, and plant maintenance manager. Currently, Scott is the manager of wastewater collection at the City of Ottawa, where he’s responsible for operating and maintaining a 2,800 km2 linear network valued at $11.5 billion.
