Scott Gray is a professional engineer with an environmental civil engineering background.  He has 15 years of experience in a variety of fields, including water research, environmental consulting, and pharmaceuticals, as well as senior operations management in a large manufacturing plant and in the municipal sector in water services for the past three years. Most recently, Scott started a new role as the Plant Manager of the West Water Treatment Plant and Facilities at the City of Ottawa.
