Jeannine Chapeskie is a 9 year member at the Waterloo Regional Police Service and currently works as a Project Coordinator in the Strategic Services Branch, Planning and Project Management Unit. Prior to this she worked as Research Analyst/Planner in their Corporate Planning Systems branch. She has an Honours B.A. in Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier and M.A. in Sociology/Criminology from the University of Guelph. She has a Green Belt in Six Sigma, is a certified Canadian Risk Manager and a Municipal Manager, Police Specialist with the Ontario Municipal Management Institute. Jeannine is also certified as a Law Enforcement Planner with the International Association of Law Enforcement Planners. Over the last 2.5 years, she has facilitated numerous projects using Six Sigma methodology and provided guidance to gain efficiencies and effectiveness in various processes and programs in the Police Service and presented internally to Senior Staff. Process improvement projects she has facilitated include data integrity, dictation, canine program, coach officer program and the HR return to work program.
