Craig is a Lean Government and transformation specialist with close to two decades of experience implementing dramatic turnarounds in Canadian government. He is the Founder and Lead Facilitator of Lean Agility Inc. a company working exclusively with government organizations to eliminate backlogs, find capacity, improve quality and deliver products/services faster. Through a combination of Lean training and coaching, he has guided organizations to reduce processing times by up to 90%, increase capacity by up to 200% and create outstanding levels of employee engagement, and in the case the Royal Canadian Mint, become recognized as a national top employer. He is a regular contributor to Canadian Government Executive magazine on the topics of Lean government and transformation.

Craig has delivered the full day version of the Introduction to Lean Government Workshop to over 20 federal government departments since 2010 and the 1 hour Executive Summary at various conferences including: the Canadian Lean Government Summit (2012-2016, Ottawa), the Government of Ontario Lean Community of Practice (October 2016) the Canadian Government Executive Leadership Summit and the Canadian Institute for Procurement and Materials Management National Workshop (2016). He also delivers this regularly for the Telfer Centre for Executive Programs (University of Ottawa).
